You're Not Alone.
I've lived through addiction myself, and I've been in recovery since 1996 helping individuals and families find their way back to health. Below are the areas I focus on most. If your situation looks a little different, reach out anyway.
Individual and Family Counseling
With over 30 years of experience in addiction and mental health, I offer virtual individual, couples, and family counseling sessions. Using an invitational, respectful, and non-punitive approach, I help you identify substance use as a symptom of what's really going on underneath, whether that's depression, anxiety, or another co-occurring issue.
Intervention for Addiction and Mental Health
When a loved one needs help but isn't ready to ask for it, I step in with a gentle, invitational approach rather than confrontation. As a Board-Certified Interventionist, I work closely with families to plan a respectful, structured conversation that opens the door to treatment.
Family Matters Group
Addiction affects the whole family, not just the person struggling. Every other Monday evening, I host a virtual Family Matters group where relatives gather to share their experiences, learn practical tools, and receive guidance for supporting a loved one in a space built on honesty and mutual support.
DUI Evaluation
Facing a first DUI offense can feel overwhelming and isolating. Drawing on decades of experience in addiction assessment, I provide thorough, judgment-free evaluations that help you understand what happened and what steps come next, guiding you through the process with clarity and care
