Intervention for Addiction and Mental Health
Woody has 30 years of experience in addiction, mental health services and interventions. He offers his clients the best treatment options, which he follows from beginning to end to ensure a positive experience.
He uses an invitational, respectful, and non-punitive approach to build trusting relationships with clients and their family members. This approach includes discussing treatment options that meet clients’ needs based on location, affordability, and area of specialty.
Individual and Family Counseling
As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC-1) addiction specialist in long-term recovery, Woody offers virtual individual, couples, and family sessions. In these sessions, he assists clients in identifying substance use as a symptom of an underlying issue (such as depression and anxiety) or co-occurring behavioral issue that may require treatment.
As one of Woody’s clients, your first session will include documenting a full family history, as well as a biological, psychological, and social assessment.
Family Group
Send an email request if you would like to participate in our biweekly FAMILY MATTERS support group. The group meets in ZOOM on Monday evenings from
7 - 8:30pm for a round robin discussion providing education and prevention to family members. The group is facilitated by Woody and provides guidance for family members in need of support for a loved one in need of help. A suggested VENMO fee of $15 is requested for your participation in the group.
